Our experience with LCO Construction Management over the past 10 years has been great. Elcio is hands on. And he takes his projects as a work of art. He and his team pay a lot of attention to detail. For context, we renovated 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in our primary residence, and his work was impeccable.

Elcio has a library of experience, and what we liked was how thoughtful he was when he suggested changing a structure or thinking about how to renovate a bathroom, a bedroom, or how to make the flow of the apartment better. He is creative and a student of what works architecturally. I view him as a decorator, contractor, builder…all in one. LCO also gut renovated a 3 bedroom apartment we purchased and made it look brand new. His team took our kitchen to a different level. Most importantly, there is no such thing as a punch list for LCO. They followed up and made sure things were done 100%.

Another important thing to highlight is that Elcio, and his team at LCO, work well within the protocols of our building, which are very strict. In fact, he has been so professional and respectful to the rules of our building, that our board has hired LCO to do special projects on structural reforms…this speaks a lot about not just the quality of his work, but also the quality of his responsiveness and delivery of work and deadlines.

We used LCO Construction for two major co-op renovation projects in two separate buildings in NYC. Both projects were completed on schedule, on budget, and with the highest quality results.

LCO Construction managed the entire project from start to finish.The level of communication was excellent all during the projects. We received daily updates and photos along the way. The job site was always well organized and kept very clean. The “eye for detail” that entire crew had certainly showed in the results.
